Welcome to the Official Website of Samantha Gallagher-Collins Samantha has been groomed by leading figures in opera development over the last four years. This impressive list includes: Mignon Dunn, Joan Dornemann, Mo. Paul Nadler, Loretta di Franco, Nico Castel, Mo. Bruno Rigacci, Mo. Julius Rudel, Sherrill Milnes, Frank Cosaro, Richard Barrett, Mo. Marco Boemi, John Norris, Robert Cowart, Mo. M. Barbacini, Diana Sorviero, Deborah Birnbaum, Jane Steele, William Woodruff, Lucy Arner, Hemdi Kfir and Howard Watkins. Mr. K. Rupert Murdoch (personally) in New York and the Sir Ian Potter Cultural Trust (Board of Trustees) in Australia each have contributed to funding her vocal development. As a result, Samantha has been invited to attend IVAI and IIVArts programs in Italy, Tel Aviv, Montreal and Puerto Rico. Following her lauded concert performance in Italy under the baton of Maestro Bruno Rigacci, she is set to revisit this year performing scenes from Macbeth and Andrea Chenier. Samantha then embarks on an audition tour through Europe where she will be routining several roles for performance including Ariadne auf Naxos, the roles of Aida and Turandot. Samantha is now being asked by major European houses to add specific Spinto soprano roles to her repertoire for their casting purposes.
